If am free, why not Sin DAILY 🤔
We all have the human urge for self-pleasure. We want to do what we like, when we like it, and how we like it. This is pretty much the creed of secularism. Secularism believes in the fervent preaching of the now; what I want to do now, because I like it now, my emotions dictate my immediate actions. “YOLO”; You Only Live Once, this is a phrase we have heard in abundance. Many Christians have identified with this. As much as a part of the ideology is true, the majority of it is sadly unbiblical and heretical. One of the defining characteristics of a Christian is how they live in relation to eternity, unlike secularists, who live in relation to the now. We are called to judge our deeds and wants in accordance with the eternal law of God. We cannot afford to negotiate with sin daily, for this will inevitably lead to the numbing of your spirit, which leads to the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit ( A sin that cannot be forgiven).
