There are numerous philosophies and theories emerging in our society. As Christians, it is incumbent upon us to be aware of what is pleasing to God and what is sin. We can never know the totality of this by ourselves; hence the importance of prayer. The new heresy in town is Positivism, which like any other good thing, seems good from the surface. The back end of it is the gutting of all things metaphysical and theistic, believing in positivism would be believing in the death of the Christian.
