Made To Flourish

If we look at Genesis, we will see the marvelous work of creation taking place. While I was looking at it, I was

amazed at how all these animals had everything they needed to survive. After some thinking, I realized that I

had everything I needed to survive, and so did all humans, but we as humans have a tendency to go out of

our own way just to get out of our living conditions.

Now, I want to make a distinction here that I am not talking about leaving our comfort zone, those we should

always leave unless God tells us otherwise; here I am talking about leaving the place that God has ordained

us to be in, the place that God has given us resources to exist in. One of my Pastors used to ask, Who sent

you? Initially, it was a joke to me and my friend group, but when you really think about it, who sent you? Who

sent you to that mission trip? Who sent you to that new job? It completely changes our perspective.

God will always be instructing us and commanding us to move or stay, it’s our endeavor to always pray,

always ask God, ”I feel like you are leading me this way, is this you? God will always reveal it to us coz He is a

God of order, not of Chaos. Let us always pray and seek God’s sent-ship as it comes with divine resources

that enable us to flourish as God wants us to.
